Meet Alice
Alice loves our coffee, so she joins the Loyalty Club. She selects:

Before adding to cart, she chooses her preferred setup (bean type, grind, frequency, and quantity). The loyalty club page would look like this, before adding to the cart:

Checkout & Tracking Your Credits
At checkout, Alice enters her shipping info along with a unique identifier so we can track her bag credits and send invoices.
This unique ID can be:

Her nostr npub

Her email (burner or regular)

Her phone number (burner or regular)

Her Telegram username

Another reliable contact method (we’ll try to accommodate)
This ID is how we:

Track total bags ordered

Send invoices
-
Share her current loyalty balance
Alice checks out, pays via Lightning or on-chain, and her first shipment is roasted and shipped.
One Month Later…
We send Alice a magic link to autocomplete the order based on shipping details and order quantities. If she’s ready:

She pays the invoice
-
We ship fresh coffee
-
She receives an update showing:

Total bags ordered
-
Current loyalty level
-
Bags remaining until the next reward

If she’s not ready, she can ignore the invoice or message us to:

Change delivery frequency

Change coffee type
-
Pause temporarily
Several Months Later…
Alice has now ordered 12 total bags.
She qualifies for:

12 bags → 1 free bag
At checkout, she can choose to redeem her reward.
If Alice redeems:

She receives 1 free bag
-
Her loyalty credits reset to zero
-
She starts stacking credits again toward the higher tiers
Or… she can skip redeeming and keep stacking.
Going for the Moar Coffee Path
Alice keeps stacking credits instead of redeeming early.
Eventually she hits:

21 bags, unlocking 2 free bags
-
30 bags, unlocking 4 free bags (top tier)
When she redeems:

Free bags are added to a paid order
-
Shipping still applies
-
Her credits reset to zero, letting her start the climb again
This reset is intentional — it rewards patience and encourages long-term loyalty.
